Hearing test and possible tinnitus

DP and I have been saying for sometime that it might be worth getting DD's (8) hearing tested because of how often she can't seem to hear what we're saying when speaking to her directly. We then change our minds because she's somehow capable of hearing every conversation she's not supposed to be listening in on Hmm

Recently she told me about the ringing she can hear and that it had woken her up that morning. She seems to have gotten used to it because she said it quite matter of factly and didn't seem alarmed by it in any way.

So what should I do next? Do I go to the surgery and book her in for a hearing test and then just bring the tinnitus bit up with whoever does the test? Or should I book a GP appointment and go from there?
