We flew home from holiday Tuesday night and DS had been really grouchy all day Tuesday which I had just put down to the holiday heat. He then wasn't himself yesterday and very very clingy. This morning we noticed two sizeable spots on his arm - I presumed they were gnat bites from over night however this evening when I've picked him up from DM he has another 6 on the other arm and 1 on his leg. The thing that is making me question it is that most sites say they start on the trunk and then spread to arms/legs. He has none on his trunk. He's also only gained 7 over the course of the day - tbh when I mentioned it to DM this morning I was thinking I'd come back to him covered in them if it was chickenpox.
Can it start slowly like this?
