Frequent sickness

Dd is 10 and has had what we've assumed is a sickness bug which lasts 2 or 3 days once a month for the past 3 months. She's also had several days where she's felt sick but not vomited. No other family members have been ill. Is this normal or do you think it warrants a trip to see the GP? Thanks.

Could it be hormonal changes, impending periods?
I was never sick as a child but had an awful stomach ache and sickness exactly 4 weeks before my first period showed up...
Other than that, is she worrying about anything? Could it be migraines/abdominal migraines?

You know it occurred to me it may be hormonal as it's happened at exactly the same time each month for 3 months and she's definitely going through puberty. I'll keep tracking it for now. Thanks for your response.
