So, old hand here at front teeth loss, but oldest DS has just lost his first molar and it looks like only the top part has come off. It is kind of jagged but pretty flat on the bottom, nothing that looks like roots, but there are still what looks like a lot of tooth in his jaw. Is this how molars come out?
I would ask the tooth fairy but she is possibly looking for change (and is suddenly believed in again when there is a chance of $1)
