Does anyone have any advice? My DD age 6 has just had it really badly - she didnt scratch but she still got an infection and the ones on her chest are really pronounced at the moment, they look like little craters, there's about 5 - its only been a week since they fell off but I know that its going to be something that will affect her confidence as she gets older. Sad

I have vit e oil but I just wondered if anyone had any advice or tips?

I don't have any tips I'm sorry. Sad

Speaking only from my experience, I grew up with chicken pox scars. I have one in between my breasts, a couple on my back and one behind one of my knees. One is very prominent on my face and a distinguishing feature.

It's never bothered me growing up, although children have often pointed it out, while I was growing up and sometimes as an adult.

I forget about the scars and I don't actually see them when I look in the mirror. Smile

We're using vitamin E oil - just puncturing a capsule and rubbing it over the pock marks. I don't know if its working yet. There was a thread a few days ago about scarring (not chicken pox related though) and this seemed to be what was recommended.
