Dd age 9 has had weird spots appearing in various places. A patch appeared on her neck a few weeks ago and we saw a pharmacist who didn't really know what it was but wasn't worried. Now more have appeared on back of legs. Having googled and asked around, molloscum seems most likely culprit. However the individual spots are coming and going fairly quickly. I'd say individual spots are lasting 2-3 weeks tops before 'bursting' and disappearing. This is only thing that makes me doubt molloscum as everything I've read says that individusl spots last 2-3 months. Could it still be molluscum if the spots are clearing up so quickly?... Albeit, then appearing elsewhere... Anything else it could be? Pharmacist wasn't worried so didn't go to Gp but I will take her if they don't clear up soon.
