Rash

Hi Ladies

Just want to check with you all something before all the GP's start calling me a crazy mother!
Sophia just turned 1 in April, and for the past 3 days she has developed, what it looked like to me a cold, runny nose, bad form, nothing serious, but today around 9am she went down for her nap and woke up screaming the place down ( she never wakes up screaming) and I have notice a rash on her arms, legs, bit on her tommy and back. The rash looks like small red sticking out with a white skin circle around each. If the two spots are next to each other the circle around them will be bigger. The thing that concerns me the most is that her forearms started to turn blue, it looks like she is absolutely freezing but they feel warm, and when I put my fingers around her forearm I can leave a trace of my fingers and the trace of my fingers turns pale yellow. I do have a pictures of this but unfortunately I cant attach them to this post.
When to GP today, and she checked her and told me that her throat is little bit red but nothing serious and that the rash is in early stage so it is difficult to say and regarding her forearms she just ignored me. Her forearms are the color of a newborn feet if that makes more sense.

Not sure really what to do now, wait for more symptoms or go to gp out of hours?

Thank you all :)

if you’re really worried I’d get a second opinion. I’ve not had that with my two but I know I’d be calling 111 if their arms were blue. Try not to worry too much as babies can get lots of harmless rashes from viruses, something I’ve learnt this week from multiple trips to GP as we have a non specific virus causing havoc. I hope your little one gets better soon x
