Any suggestions as to what this could be, please?

Nasal congestion in toddler, followed by loss of appetite and occasional vomiting about 12-24 hours later. Fever developed the following day. No rash or cough as yet.

Morning. Sorry to read your little one is unwell. Could the blocked nose maybe make the wee one feel sick? Might be start of a cold. If there is fever then the body is fighting a virus. Kids usually go off food if not well too, as long as they drink fluids so they dont get worse from de-hydration. Good there is no rash. Obv if concerned then take to a gp. Hope your night is ok and your little one is ok too xxx

Oh no thats awful! Good that yous are all feeling better. I was going to suggest the norovirus because of the vomiting but concentrated more on the runny nose and temp, didnt want to say both. Glad its over for you because being sick is the worst! xx
