Not sure if it's chicken pox developing or something completely different. Can't get to the GP now til tomorrow morning so just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

First pic is top back of leg and second front of legs. But it's also on her arms and sides of tummy

Certainly no expert but doesn’t look like chicken pox to me. I’d even go out on a limb and suggest heat rash!
Either way, if there are no other symptoms and generally well otherwise, I wouldn’t worry too much.
Go tomorrow will set your mind at rest

Looks like heat rash to me, it definitely doesn't look like the sort of rash that's anything to worry about (not a medical expert btw).

Hi, the first pic looks like hives to me. Is she allergic to anything? The second looks different from what I can see in the photos.

My DC gets hives often when he has a virus, apparently it's fairly common.

Hope she's better soon.

I can't really tell from the pics but it looks like hives . I don't think you need to go to gp.....how about a pharmacist (obv unless your child has high fever and unwell)

Nic165 · 09/05/2018 20:13

Good call - I will take her to pharmacist first. Just worried as I'm 20 weeks pregnant and hoping it isn't something that might cause harm to baby if I caught it

I don't seem to be able to see the second pic for some reason but the one I can see looks like hives to me also.
