Baby's sore neck

My 4mo is at that delightful age when she collects all sorts of fluids in the creases under her chin.
I have been trying my very best to keep it clean but it's starting to look a bit sore.
Is there anything I can put on it? Bepanthen maybe?

I always put sudocrem or Vaseline on my little ones
