I’m thinking DD has got hayfever. Eyes all sore, rubbing them like mad. Getting very irritable. Just given her 2.5mls children’s piriton & tried to wipe face down with cold wet flannel. Any other tips?

Poor thing. I’ve had it since birth. Was born in April and totally stuffed in the May.
I would probably take her to the GP so you can get some age appropriate eye drops, antihistamines. Some Vaseline around her nostrils. Will she wear sunglasses outside?
Don’t hang her clothes or bedding outside as that will irritate her all the time and all night. Also try keep her bedroom window closed. It’s not much fun at all. But should only last 6-8 weeks. It’s a long 6-8 weeks but it makes me feel better saying it like that.
