What’s wrong with ds do you think?

Ds 2 was sick Friday night/sat morn about 5 episodes.
Absolutely fine all sat.
Sun fine and playing in morning- tired and feverish all afternoon and evening came down with calpol.
This morn no temp but has just been sick again 3 times.

Would a sickness bug have a break in between, sound more viral or ear infection etc?

I have 3 kids.

I have not experienced sickness on and off but my friends have. Has he ANY other symptoms? What’s the highest temp. I would go on diet of you toast water apples mcvities plain biscuits till vomiting stops.

High temp for ds was 37.5 so not dramatic but high for him and he felt warm his body and his face looked flushed.
Also loose stools Yest afternoon x2

If you can keep his fluids up I wouldn't bother with OOH.

To my knowledge young kids can often have episodes of vomiting that ceases and then can happen again a day or two later. The fact your DS had loose stools y /day means something's irritated his digestive system - I know kids digestive systems after bugs can be delicate and to stick to a bland diet afterwards.

I think sick bugs can easily hang around for a week and it's not usual to have periods where it stops for a while before coming back with a vengeance! I don't think Id be going to OOH as you say he is feeling fairly well. I'd give it until the end of the week before seeking advice, unless of course he becomes much more poorly.
