10 year old daughters shit immune system!

She catches literally anything that's going around and then does it spectacularly. This week she's has the most horrendous cold, catches all the tummy bugs going.
Does anyone use a supplement to boost immune systems?

Does she take a regular multivitamin? That should go a long way to helping. As well as live yoghurt (jazzed up with some fresh berries)

My kids use multivitamins. Recently they've been using nutrigen vitamixin sprinkles. It's multivitamin sprinkles that you add to any semi-solid food (my kids don't like tablets/pills) and that adds vitamins and minerals to the food. I've see that they also have a immune boosting syrup (nutrigen propolis), if they like syrups better. I got them through an online shop called lifestyle vitamins, hope that helps :)
