High temp and vomiting

Ten year old son on day four of this! Very high temp, malaise, vomiting(once) during night.

I saw the doctor today and nothing specific, he checked ears, throat, temperature etc.

Chesty cough and temp now.

Is is doing the rounds? Started with a cough about ten days ago and then at weekend he was sick out of the blue at night. He has not moved and is really grumpy (poor thing).

Managing to get him to drink and eat (tiny) amounts.

Any advice?

My 3 year old has a temp of over 40 the other week overnight & vomited a couple of times. Fine next day & overnight. 48hours later high temp again although no vomiting. Ok during day. 48 hours later high temp again which went away in morning. He had a cough the whole time.
Think there must be a virus going around

We are on day four now! Cough, cough, cough! He has not moved off the sofa and is shattered as he is not sleeping.

I think the coughing is making him sick. Poor thing

Back to the dr ASAP to get rechecked
