10 month old with diarreah

My 10 month old has been having liquid explosive nappies for the last 5 days. I initially thought teething as a new tooth starting emerging around the same time, however on Thursday he had 4 diarreah nappies. Yesterday however was back to just the one. And last night myself and dd were throwing up all night. This seems like a tummy bug doesn't it rather than teething? He's fine in himself, feeding normally, and the diarreah nappies are back to once a day

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Should have said, the main reason I ask is we're meant to be going on holiday on Monday!

Yes definitely sounds like a stomach bug. There's lots going around at the moment. Remember you will all be infectious for 48 hours from the last episode or vomiting/diarrhoea. Hope you feel better soon.
