How to get my son to drink

My 8 month old son has had a throat and ear infection for about 2 weeks started on some different antibiotics 2 days ago (1st ones didn't work) but he still isn't drinking any fluids no matter what I give him I've literally had to force fluids with a syringe but he's screaming when I give it him! I've been back to the doctors so many times but they don't seem bothered that he's not drinking and no wet nappies he hasn't drank properly for a week! He's now very drowsy and no energy he can't carry on like this. What do I do please help!

Ring 111, or troop off to the nearest walk in centre. A baby not taking fluids, and not having a wet nappy is very serious.
