Anyone any idea what this might be?? Hoping it's not chicken pox, the immune ones look like the start of chicken pox, but the neck and hairline look different....

Doesn't look like chicken pox to me, they're too clustered up especially the lower down ones in the pic. Chicken pox are usually individual spots. Looks a bit like hives or allergic reaction to me, does it itch?

Thank you for your reply, yes it's pretty itchy..... I'll look up hives as don't know anything about it

Could be heat rash?

The last pic looks more like CP. Have the spots got little fluid filled blisters in the middle?

Looks a little like scarlet fever/slapped cheek? Or a heat rash or chicken pox
i'd put chicken pox last on my list at the moment though

Ok thank you, I think I'll have to see what the morning brings, husband away and I'm so busy with work, it couldn't be worse timing!!!! poor little man, but he's completely fine in himself....
