Why do doctors in pau think its ok to keep using enemas on my child every time she is badly constipated nowing it been happening for many years now its so dam annoying it's like do some investigations in why she is like this it's been 4 yrs of not pooing on her own iv literally had enough there last night sent home to be again in the same crap again as she is still in pain and not pooed so been told to go bk again tomorrow

Because pau is for treating the emergency not diagnosing. Book a gp appointment and ask for tests. A and e isn’t for tests - it’s for treating the emergency then getting them out of there.

What does your GP say?
Do you have a paediatrician?
How old are they?

Agree with above, PAU is to immediately treat the problem
