Hi , I took my 12 year old dd to a podiatrist as she has flat feet , after an examination he asked if she had hyper mobility I’d never heard of it and was shocked
I have been to my GP since and she’s organised a referral for a assessment to see a physio , my dd doesn’t have any pain thank goodness , has anyone got any advice please ? Should I be concerned ?

I wouldn’t be too concerned. I have it too. It’s caused me more issues the last few years as I get injuries more easily.
Just make sure she stays active and a healthy weight to increase strength and reduce pressure in her joints.
