Does this look like a tooth at 10 weeks?

He's dribbling, chewing fists and really unhappy then I noticed this in his lower gum.

What actually helps? I put anbesol on it this evening and it seemed to make no difference at all!

Yep! Definatly a tooth popped through, I've heard that teething crystals are the best for teething. We've only had to use them once though as DS hasn't been to bad at the moment with his teeth!

Dentist here and the photo is not really clear enough to say. If he’s miserable and has a temperature then dribbling could be due to reluctance to swallow - sore throat or earache. See your pharmacist for suitable painkiller or GP if it doesn’t improve.

How does it feel under your finger? The positioning would be right for first teeth though.
