Dd not emptying bladder properly

Dd (4) has been toilet trained for ages now with very few problems. In the last couple of weeks she's started having mini accidents, sometimes a dribble, sometimes a bit more, but only after she has been to the toilet.

So she goes to the toilet, has a wee (I've seen the evidence) and then within 5 minutes she has an accident.

This isn't happening every time, maybe once or twice a day.

We have told her to make sure she's finished on the toilet before getting off which she does.

I thought maybe worms but I haven't seen any other evidence of them?

Any other ideas?

Ask her to count to 20 once she has finished. She needs to be relaxed to fully empty her bladder
