Name that rash

Posted a few days ago, advice seemed that maybe hand foot and mouth, but it hasn't gone that way. Current mild temp but looking like this. Was more ill last week, but no rash. Sitting in an expensive hotel room in Paris. ... what do you reckon it is, oh wise people of Mumsnet... rash is all over. Snotty nose, mild temp, grumpy, but last week she had a much higher temp and was much more miserable

Has DC got a sore throat? Does the rash feel sandpapery?

Sorry, kid wrangling and loookingvat What I COULD be doing.

No comment re sore throat lately but a bit off hard foods in the preceding days. Very slightly sandpaper in places, though only in exposed areas which feel a bit like eczema in a couple of spots (hands mainly). Rash definitely raised tho
