Toddler hasn’t done solid poo in 3 weeks

He’s 19 months old, is this something to worry about? His nappies have been really bad for about 3 weeks now, he seems absolutely fine in himself though. He has a few teeth coming though and few people have mentioned that can make poos runny, is 3 weeks worth normal though?

Definitely been absolutely no solid poops at all in 3 weeks? Then I wouldn't say that is normal. There is a thing called toddlers diarrhea but I think it's only diagnosed after a poo sample has been checked to rule out others things first. I'd suggest making a docs appointment to discuss it.

Is your DS also having many poos a day? It could be lactose intolerance. My DS suddenly started with this about 6 months old after a couple of illnesses - apparently it can just suddenly develop. For my DS only symptom was runny poos / more than normal poos

Thanks guys, have been to the doctors today and they have requested a poo sample.

He used to be lactose intolerant but he grew out of it when he was 1 year old.
