My 6 week old has raised bumpy spots on his upper arms and a few on his chest really worried

I didn’t want to read and run, I have no real advice to give other than when a baby is that young always get medical advice. Why don’t you ring 111 in the first instance, they will assess whether you need to see a doctor for a routine appointment or a emergency one. I hope everything’s ok with your little one.
