Reassurance needed- does this sound like teething?

First of all, apologies for sounding like a crazy lady! One of my daughters has been seriously ill in the past and since I am extremely anxious whenever my girls are poorly.

My DD2 is 6 months old (you think with her being my second id have a little more baby knowledge by now). My first daughter didnt struggle with teething at all, her teeth popped out overnight and she suffered no discomfort/obvious symptoms. My DD2 seems poorly for a week now but I can’t put my finger on it. Symptoms are-

Diaorrhea (not every bowel movement has been loose, just every other day)

Off her milk/food

Not sleeping - waking up very upset and having difficulty settling (this is compared to her usual sleeping through)

VERY sensitive- keeps crying at little things and being clingy but usually she’s very independent and happy

She has NO temperature (if she had a fever I’d be straight to the doctor)

Paracetamol seems to help and I’ve used teething gel but doesn’t get amazing results.

What do you think? Teething or something else? If it worsens of course I’ll take her to the doctor :)

Thanks for reading x

Yes, sounds like teething.

We found ibuprofen helped.

And time!

Hi, many teething symptoms might be often misdiagnosed as something else. I came across this article and it explains a lot:

I hope it will help.
