Our 2.6 yr old DS has been diagnosed with toe-out. He's still quite wobbly on his legs since learning to walk, he totters really. He has not got much confidence especially if we're out and about, or if there's snow. Snow he will flatly refuse to walk on. Any other time he'll want to hang on to us unless he's at home or in our garden. He's started pre school and that is helping his confidence.
We're seeing a consultant this week as we've been told to get a second opinion by our health visitor. (We'd seen a consultant last summer who told us he'll grow out of it, which we accepted!). Our HV reckons DS should have physio at least.
Just wondered if anyone else has got experience of this and any tips to help our little dude. We encourage him to walk on his own as much as we can.
