Blackheads!!

My 8 yo DD, who has washed her face every night and every morning forever, has developed blackheads on her nose

I use a Clinique soap and am now letting her use it too, but can anyone recommend something that will help?

Has she got oily skin? I used Oxy duo pads which are alcohol based but dried any spots up after a few days of using morning and night during my teen years!

My worry is using something like that too young, drying up her skin too much and causing all sorts of other issues down the line She's not hormonal in any other way.
