Hi ds(4) came up in a rash on one of his arms last night. No other symptoms and the rash wasn't itchy a bit raised and warm but didn't really bother him.
There was a small patch in his other arm and a tiny bit on his face.
I've given him Piriton for 24hrs bug it's got worse and now both arms are covered.
I've just taken him the pharmacy who have said get it checked out by the doctor which obviously I will tomorrow but was wondering if anyone had seen anything like it before or had any ideas what it could be.
