Rash

My 2 year old has this skin colored rash all over her tummy.
She hasnt been unwell, just never seen anything like it, not bothering her either.
Just wondering what it could be?

It looks a bit like milia to me- i wouldn't be too worried as not red or itchy, if it is milia then I think it tends to clear up on its own

I did think Milia as mine had it when a baby, but these seem more flatter and more like in patches.
