Swollen Eye

Morning,

DS banged his face near his eye coming down a slide a softplay yesterday. I've been putting on a cold compress and using germalene on the friction burn.

The swelling is awful, is there anything else I can do to reduce it?

He is in no discomfort I should add.

I think Ibuprofen will help as it is anti inflammatory med. of course that is if he can have it. Either than that you could call GP for advise of your really worried or pop to local walk in centre

Ibrufen, yes, good idea.

I don't think it warrants a gp visit.

Swelling has all disappeared and bruising and scab healing nicely thank you.
