Throwing up at night- not I'll

My 5 yr old has been on and off vomiting in the night. She shows no other signs of illness at all and goes back to sleep fine. It’s just a very large large liquid vomit, catching her by surprise after waking her and she’s rarely making the toilet. She only does it once per night and she seems healthy otherwise. Does anyone have ideas to the cause?

Maybe acid reflux?

I’d be fairly confident not, no discomfort and no history of reflux at five. Also a pretty big vomit

She wakes quite disorientated and upset, vomits and then goes back to sleep. No belly clutching, retching or any gut issues
