Hi there! My son is 3 and our GP has advised his 'outie,' which has given him no trouble, could be an umbilical hernia. So we are up at children's outpatients next week.
Has anyone's LO had this surgery? How was it? Obviously nervous at the prospect of any kind of surgery/anaesthetic but appreciate from the inevitable googling that this is a relatively straightforward procedure.
Any words of wisdom/experiences would be really appreciated! Xxx
