Day before yesterday my 17 month woke up with what looked like a single blood blister on her upper lip. At first I wasn't concerned, but it's possibly slightly crusty today (hard to tell as she won't hold still to get a proper look!) and someone at Nursery has a cold sore.
So, does anyone know if cold sores can start out looking like blood blisters? It's one blister, not a cluster of little ones (I think) and there wasn't a "weeping" stage. She also seems perfectly well and it doesn't seem to bother her. So hoping it's not!
