2yo fallen down stairs

Happened less than half an hour ago. He is totally fine. Nothing is "sore", he's up running around like nothing has happened.
Will he be Ok? Should I call someone anyway? I don't know what to do

Well from what you've said he sounds fine, but obviously no one could say for sure without seeing him! I'd say trust you're own judgement and he's behaving normally he unlikely to be injured. Did he just roll down without banging anywhere?
