Nighttime sickness and diarrhoea for two weeks

Hi, just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this.....

My dd got Hand, food and mouth on the 12th January. She had frequent diarrhoea that day as well which we attributed to the HF@M.
The HF&M cleared up by the Sunday evening but she was still having lose nappies so kept off the CMs.
She seems well enough to go in on the tuesday but the cm Called around lunchtime for her to be picked up as she'd had 4 lose nappies.

Since then (nearly 2 weeks ago) she has been sick every night (only at night) and had frequent lose nappies and a few hard stools.

We went off a poo sample last Monday and all came back clear. Dr reckons it's constipation with overflow so prescribed lactose.
We started that yesterday morning but nothing has happened.
No poos since yesterday morning and still being sick at night.
Her stomach keeps making the loudest noises and bubbling and becoming enlarged.
She is also now not eating very much at all! She looks pale all the time and has lost weight.

During the day and even after being sick she is her normal cheeky self. So it doesn't seem to be affecting her mood or anything. But we are getting increasingly worried and the GP just doesn't seem to be bothered even though it's been going on for over two weeks now.

Not really sure why I am posting.... kinda hoping someone may have experienced something similar?
