Help! Daughter has lump behind R nipple

Hi all my 7 year old daughter has a little lump behind her right nipple. I'm not sure what it is....she is my first. It's a little tender but has only appeared o er the last few days?

She’s young, but could be breast bud starting. Is she tall for age and not a skint child? Takes a few years for the actually breast to fully grow in and can start on one side first. It happened obviously to my eldest dd but she was a bit more the age that you’d expect breast to start growing (she was small and very skinny)
