My DD (3) has always been a fidget & a picker she used to be and still sometimes now play & eat her hair now it's biting her finger nails & on the odd occasion picking her toe nails. We've had 3 times now where she's made them bleed

Anyone had any thing similar or have any ideas for a toddler version of a fidget spinner or something?
I've tried making sure her nails are short, putting the no biting nail varnish on, giving her something else to fidget & talking to her but even when she makes herself bleed & hurts herself she still does it.
She understands completely the it hurts when she does it, says she'll never do it again but clearly can't help herself & goes for it again.
It's really upsetting me & DH. Plus she sometimes puts the bitten off finger nail in her mouth

I'm sure this will pass like the other fidget stuff she's done but this is actually hurting her & isn't great for her stomach either I'd imagine if she swallows one
