Milk making 1 year old sick

My boy is 1 tomorrow. Since 11 months I started switching from formula to cows milk except one bottle before night. Since Friday whenever he’s had milk (cows or formula) he’s been sick and it’s like cottage cheese. Yesterday he had no milk but food (which included yoghurt) and he was fine, today he had a small amount of weetabix and milk st nursery for breakfast and was sick until he was being fed his lunch. Any ideas 🤔

Could he have had a sickness bug?
With my son I have to cut out dairy for at least 24 hours after a bug. Not easy at that age, but if it’s Cows Milk I used to dilute it at
nightime so he could go to sleep and limits it as much as possible.

Well I thought it was a tummy bug when it started but he can keep everything else down it’s literally just milk that he brings back up. I’ve tried cows, formula and lactose free. Before when he’s had tummy bugs he’s not kept anything down. I’m just a bit baffled lol or can it happen when they have a bug? X

Ear infection is another one that can cause them to be sick or tonsillitis.
I would suggest a trip you GP tomorrow.
My son was always sick and it could be a number of different things that caused it.
We did find that he would be sick once or twice a day after a sickness bug so not all the time.

Ahh ok so could be a tummy bug. I’ll sorak to GP tomorrow. X
