Spots

Hi,

My 3 year old daughter has spots (like zits, with heads and are poppable). They are mainly on her bottom, with one or two elsewhere.

I thought they were caused by the fact that she was wearing a nappy still at night. But she got up one morning a few weeks ago and decided she didn't need one and hasn't worn one since nor had any accidents. Unfortunately though the spots are no better. They don't irritate her but I wonder if I should take her to the doctors

Thanks

Mine has the same and I think it may be chicken pox!

It's definitely not chicken pox
