Help - 22 month old head knock

My 22 month old DD feel inside tonight and knocked her head on the floor. I was out and DH described her as having a short fit afterwards. The same as a febrile convulsion she had a few months ago. Any advice?

A&E. Needs face to face assessment. If it really was a fit due to a head injury, may need a CT scan.
