Chicken pox

Ds1 8, came up in chicken pox on Christmas Eve, spots literally coming up in front of my eyes, I expected him to get a lot more but he didn't, maybe 15-20 spots in total, some blistered the same day, he was itching a bit but not as much as I thought he would, by Boxing Day they were all crusted over. All in all he wasn't that bothered by it. Is it possible he just had a mild case of the pox? And will he still have developed immunity or was it too mild?

Then ds2 3 had a fever & was generally unwell on wednesday & thursday so I thought it must be the start of chicken pox, but now he's up & running about as usual! Seems a bit coincidental for it not to be chicken pox but he hasn't had a single spot.

Dd 10, also shows no signs of chicken pox.

Has anyone else had this? I expected them all to get it one after the other?

Incubation period for chicken pox is up to 3 weeks so there is still time yet!
It is supposed to be lifetime immunity after chickenpox.
