Is this reflux or over feeding?

My 4 week old is EBF and tends to do a lot of comfort feeding which is making me question myself.

He tends to bring up milk especially at night when he comfort feeds the most, he doesn't seem to strain when he does it he just makes a few little noises and it all comes up, he only seems to strain a bit if he sicks up a lot. Also at night when he feeds -we have a snuz pod so we feed laying down he tends to do a lot of grunting and straining during feeds and comes on and off the breast.

I usually have to burp him when he does that but I find him needing to burp a lot in general.

The worst thing is he will only fall asleep on the breast so if I burp him once he's finished feeding he wakes up and wants back on the breast or he will stay up, if I let him fall asleep on the breast and leave him without burping he will be up really quickly as he's uncomfortable and needs burping or bring milk up and wake himself up and want back on the boob and it's and endless cycle Confused

He sometimes brings up a bit of milk through the day but most of it (especially in quantity) seems to happen at night which makes me wonder if it's silent reflux or just over feeding?

I will bring this up with my GP at the 6 week check up but just wanted some opinions.
