Concerned about daughter's back

Advice needed please.

So, my daughter is 5, 6 in March. Vertebraes in her spine are missing, and the bottom isn't straight.
She is randomly complaining her back hurts when she's sat down and when she bends over.
Now, She went to the hospital for an x ray when she was about 4 (or almost 4) and they sent me an email to tell me everything is 'normal'. Would you take her back for a second opinion? Thanks.

I would take her to GP and ask for a referral,
not normal for a young child to complain of back pain.

My sister had a lot of backache as a child and an X-ray showed spinal bifida occultation, fairly common and she had no further appointments.

Thank you. Spinabifida and scoliosis are in the family on both sides. My uncle has it and my partners sister has it too x
