My ten year old has a non itchy rash all over his face and body. It's not particularly noticeable - raised bumps but not red. He's got vague mild cold symptoms and occasionally says he has stomach ache (but is eating totally normally so I'm not sure about that!).
Picture attached - just non descript "viral rash" which will go away soon on its own, or something to see a doctor about? Just wanted some outside opinions.
