My 1 yo is suffering terribly. He's got his top eye teeth and at least 4 molars coming through at the same time. He's running an on off temp, not eating bar frequent nursing and barely sleeping. I'm giving him ibuprofen but it's not really helping much, he has an amber anklet, various teethers and I'm using teething granules. I know there isn't a miracle cure and we've just got to get through it but the poor little guy is in agony. My first never teetheer like this so I'm feeling a bit lost.
