Does this look like HF&M?

On Sunday ds had 5-6 ulcers in his mouth. Yesterday some spots appeared on his hands, today he has a couple on his feet, too. Most of the spots are barely visible, but you can feel them. He doesn't seem unwell in himself, no fever. His tonsils are large and he says he feels like he's coming down with a cold. He's 10.

I'd say yes although weirdly both my kids had ulcers last week with a slight cold

My toddler just had it and it looked like that

I didn't think it was, because it looks nothing like the online pictures, plus he's not ill.

Do I need to do anything about it?
