Orange bits in toddlers nappy

Hi,

Changed my almost two year old and found there was some orange bits in his nappy. Google suggests dehydration. His nappy was wet but not ‘full’ for 4 hours. He seems fine in himself I’ve given him some water and he’s having his nap now. Does this sound like dehydration? Anything I should be doing? Thanks.
