Excessive wind and diarrhoea

My 20 month old has had diarrhoea and very bad wind for the past 6 days. She’s not lost her appetite and is absolutely fine in herself. The diarrhoea is settling now and now she’s literally having “wet trumps” she’s not dehydrated, she’s drinking plenty and eating fine. Could it be a bug or something else? Thanks in advance

My DS had something similar to this, turned out to be temporary lactose intolerance after a tummy bug.

Switched to lactose free milk and minimised dairy in his diet for a couple of weeks then re-introduced slowly and that did the trick.
