Could 3 month old be teething?

I was not sure where to post this.
My 3 month old was actively putting fists in mouth, but we thought this was self soothing. He then started dribbling, which we thought was development of saliva glands. However, now he is sucking his gums. He looks like a little old man with no teeth. He’s also wanted his dummy more (he’s never been one for a dummy). Could this be the start of some movement under the gums? I am looking out for Rosie cheeks and know that when the teeth start to pop the poo can go funny. Any other signs to look out for?
