Hi all
My 4 yr old was sent home from school this morning as she had a bout of diarrhoea at school. She’s totally fine in herself and has had 2 more episodes of it since she got home. My question is: if she was going to vomit, would she normally have done that before having diarrhoea? Or could it still be to come...? She has no temperature and has had some toast.
